RSQUARE to Co-Host the “Vietnam Industrial Real Estate Market Seminar” at COEX, Seoul, on December 17, 2024

A Vietnam-focused real estate seminar with an emphasis on the industrial market will be held on Tuesday, December 17, at COEX in Samseong-dong, Seoul. The event is co-hosted by the Korea-Vietnam Economic Cooperation Industrial Complex (VTK), RSQUARE, and SOILBUILD Group.
At this seminar, RSQUARE, Korea’s #1 commercial real estate service provider, will partner with VTK, the joint venture of LH’s Korea-Vietnam Economic Cooperation Industrial Complex, and SOILBUILD Group, a developer, to provide practical and essential information to significantly lower the barriers to investing in Vietnam’s industrial real estate market.
This event is a follow-up program to the ‘Vietnam Industrial Real Estate Fair,’ held in October at COEX, which saw an overwhelming response from attendees. Over 170 companies participated, highlighting the strong interest in Vietnam’s industrial real estate market.
This seminar has been designed to actively reflect the needs expressed by attendees at the previous industrial real estate fair. It will focus on providing practical, in-depth information and cover operational strategies across the entire investment cycle, from acquisition to disposal, through case studies. The event will also include a detailed introduction to the rapidly emerging northern region and 1:1 expert consultation session has been significantly expanded to address the specific needs of participating companies.
