On June 6, 2025, RSQUARE officially signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on cooperation with the Seoul Business Agency (SBA), an organization under the Seoul Metropolitan Government, to help Korean businesses, especially startups and small and medium-sized enterprises, enter the Vietnamese market effectively and strategically.
The signing ceremony took place at the RSQUARE VIETNAM office in Ho Chi Minh City, attended by:
- Mr. Shin JiMin – Director of RSQUARE VIETNAM,
- Mr. Lee Tae-hoon, Director of the Industrial Development Center – SBA,
- Ms. Ko Jung-min, Team Leader of G-Valley Development
The cooperation strategy provides comprehensive support for Korean businesses investing in Vietnam, focusing on real estate access, market-entry consulting, and infrastructure solutions tailored to each region.
Under the agreement, the two parties will carry out activities such as:
- Support in finding office space in Vietnam
- Support for businesses with the guidance of experts who understand the Vietnamese market.
- SA1-certified safe construction services for offices and factories
- Regular seminars focused on market entry, legal regulations, and investment strategies in Vietnam
The Seoul Business Agency (SBA) is a business development support organization established by the Seoul Metropolitan Government, with a mission to build an innovation ecosystem, support domestic businesses in developing products, expanding into international markets, and strengthening their competitiveness. SBA places particular emphasis on supporting startups and SMEs in the technology, creative, and future industry sectors.
Within this cooperation framework, RSQUARE will serve not only as a provider of real estate solutions and market data in Vietnam, but also as a strategic partner offering comprehensive analyses of the local business environment. These analyses include assessments of location accessibility, surrounding infrastructure, and investment cost forecasts, helping businesses make decisions based on real-world data.
In addition, RSQUARE’s SA1-certified construction service ensures that construction is carried out safely and in line with Korean safety standards, from office interior fit-outs to factory construction.
To further support businesses preparing to enter the market, RSQUARE and SBA will also co-host regular seminars focused on the Vietnamese market, providing step-by-step guidance to help Korean companies expand overseas effectively.
