DYFLON Vina is a global manufacturer that leads the research and development of special paints. Through RSQUARE, it became a first Korean tenant in the KCN Ho Nai, developed by KCN Vietnam, at Ho Nai Industrial Park in Dong Nai Province, Vietnam. The company plans to expand its production of high-quality paints, including PTFE coatings, heat-resistant paints and ceramic paints in Vietnam.

RSQUARE: What kind of company is DYFLON VINA?
DYFLON VINA: A specialized company dedicated to research and development of special paints. We produce various functional paints such as heat-resistant, fluororesin and ceramics. In this field, based on our unrivaled technology, our products are recognized for their excellence not only domestically but also internationally.
RSQUARE: What commercial real estate (offices, warehouses, factories, stores, etc.) were you introduced to through RSQUARE?
DYFLON VINA: We have leased a 2,300 sqm factory in Ho Nai Industrial Park, Dong Nai Province, Vietnam.

DYFLON VINA: There was a lot of property information and communication was fast. I am satisfied in every way.
