Techno Park Tower is a Grade A office building located within the Vinhomes Ocean Park mega-urban development, Gia Lam, Hanoi. The project was developed by Vingroup, designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP (SOM, USA), constructed by Hoa Binh Construction, and managed by Vinhomes Office Leasing. The building officially launched on April 6, 2021, and immediately made its mark as the first smart office building in Vietnam to be honored at the IBcon Digie Awards 2021 – a prestigious global award for intelligent buildings – surpassing numerous projects from the United States and Europe.
Techno Park Tower is currently the first and only office project in northern Vietnam to achieve LEED Platinum certification – the highest level of the green building rating system issued by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). The entire building was developed around three consistent principles: Green – Smart – Health-oriented, while integrating Vingroup’s advanced technology platform within the self-contained urban ecosystem of Vinhomes Ocean Park.
Architecturally, the building draws inspiration from the letter “V” – symbolizing “Vietnam – Vingroup – Vươn lên (Rising Up).” The bold, dynamic V-shaped form, standing 186.18m tall, is now the most prominent landmark of the entire Vinhomes Ocean Park mega-urban development.
