HCO Building (Hanoi Central Office Building) – also known as Melia Hanoi Tower or Melia Tower – is a mixed-use Grade A office, 5-star hotel, and serviced apartment complex located at 44B Ly Thuong Kiet, Cua Nam Ward, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi. The building was developed by SAS-CTAMAD Co., Ltd. – a joint venture between Hanoi Electromechanical Manufacturing JSC (HEM) and SAS Trading (a member of TCC Group Thailand) – completed in 1998. The complex operates under the Melia brand.
