Keangnam Landmark 72 (current name: Landmark72) is a Grade A mixed-use complex – offices, shopping center, serviced apartments, 5-star hotel, and observation deck – located at Zone E6, Cau Giay New Urban Area, Yen Hoa Ward, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi. The complex was developed and constructed by Keangnam Group (South Korea) with a total investment of USD 1.05 billion, breaking ground in 2007 and completed in 2011. In December 2015, AON Group (South Korea) acquired the complex and rebranded it as Landmark72, with property management by AON Vina.
The main tower stands 72 floors at 350 m – the tallest building in Hanoi and formerly the tallest in Vietnam from 2011 to 2018. Total floor area across the complex is 609,673 m² on a 46,054 m² site, recognized as the 5th largest floor area of any mixed-use complex in the world at the time of completion. The overall design was led by a consortium of leading international architects: HOK and EDAW (USA), ARUP (UK), HEERIM, SAMOO, and AUM&LEE (South Korea). All interiors are 100% imported, with technical raised flooring and Schueco (Germany) double-layer vacuum glass for acoustic insulation and thermal stability.
Located on Pham Hung Boulevard at the Pham Hung – Duong Dinh Nghe – Me Tri intersection, Landmark72 is 7 km from the city center, 22.5 km from Noi Bai Airport, 2.2 km from the National Convention Center, and 1.3 km from Cau Giay Park. The office tenant community includes many Korean and Japanese multinational corporations.
