The overall design was led by a consortium of leading international architects: HOK and EDAW (USA), ARUP (UK), HEERIM, SAMOO, and AUM&LEE (South Korea). All interiors are 100% imported, with technical raised flooring and Schueco (Germany) double-layer vacuum glass for acoustic insulation and thermal stability.

Located on Pham Hung Boulevard at the Pham Hung – Duong Dinh Nghe – Me Tri intersection, Landmark72 is 7 km from the city center, 22.5 km from Noi Bai Airport, 2.2 km from the National Convention Center, and 1.3 km from Cau Giay Park.
