Normally, office rental costs will be divided into the following 4 groups, you should note:
Group 1 – Fixed costs
1. Office rental
Is the fee you have to pay the office owner to use your workspace. Normally the rent will be calculated by m² and paid quarterly or annually depending on contract negotiations.
2. Service fee and management fee
Is the cost that tenants pay for services and utilities provided by the building, including: Reception, security, cleaning, water in the WC area, lighting and air conditioning in public areas, elevator operation, insect control, tree care etc.
Normal service fees do not include: Electricity fees in the rented area, car and motorbike parking fees.
3. Security costs
This is a fee related to security measures such as security systems, surveillance cameras, locking systems and alarm systems in the office.
