RSQUARE Partners With SAMSUNG Electronics To Provide Comprehensive Solutions For Companies Expanding Into Vietnam

On June 24, 2024, RSQUARE forged a strategic partnership with Samsung Electronics Vietnam to offer an integrated solution for companies entering the Vietnamese market. RSQUARE, a comprehensive commercial real estate service provider, and Samsung Electronics Vietnam have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to deliver integrated commercial real estate consulting services in Vietnam. This strategic alliance is founded on creating a comprehensive strategic relationship, leveraging each company’s strengths to foster mutual support and growth.

The signing ceremony was held at Samsung Electronics Vietnam’s office in Ho Chi Minh City, attended by key representatives including RSQUARE’s Chief Investment Officer (CIO) Suyeon Yoon and Samsung Electronics Vietnam’s Managing Director Cheong-Yong Lee.

RSQUARE will provide Samsung Electronics Vietnam with information on Vietnamese commercial real estate, brokerage, asset management, interior design, and construction services. In return, Samsung Electronics Vietnam will offer technological solutions and products, such as IoT devices for commercial buildings, to RSQUARE Vietnam. Additionally, Samsung Electronics plans to designate RSQUARE as a preferred business partner for its affiliates and subsidiaries’ ventures in Vietnam.

For companies seeking factories and warehouses in Vietnam, RSQUARE Vietnam will provide relevant real estate services, while Samsung Electronics Vietnam will provide product placement and technological consulting for the facilities.
