Regarding the potential for developing land lease projects in industrial parks, Long An boasts a vast land fund with many areas yet to be utilized. The province has implemented various incentive policies for investors and provided infrastructure support to promote industrial development. Additionally, the abundant and experienced labor force from the province’s large population is a significant factor supporting businesses within industrial parks. Currently, Long An has established several industrial land lease projects, such as Hoa Binh Industrial Park and Duc Hoa Industrial Park, which have attracted substantial interest from both domestic and international enterprises.
