Sofic Tower (now Thisofic Tower) is a mixed-use office and commercial complex located at 8-10 Mai Chi Tho, Thu Thiem Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City – developed by Dai Quang Minh Real Estate Investment JSC (a member of THACO Group) and completed in 2019. Designed by Surbana Jurong (Singapore) and Sdesign Vietnam, it was the first office building to begin operations in the Sala urban area and the New Thu Thiem Urban Zone.

Positioned at the Mai Chi Tho – Nguyen Co Thach intersection, Sofic Tower sits along the key arterial connecting Thu Duc City and the District 1 CBD – just approximately 5 minutes by vehicle to the city center.
