Daikin Tower (official name: Daikin Air Tower) is an office building located at 10 Cong Truong Quoc Te, Ward 6, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City – developed by Daikin Air Conditioning Vietnam Joint Stock Company, designed by Nikken Sekkei (Japan), and constructed by Shimizu Corporation, completed in 2025-2026. This is Daikin Group’s first overseas headquarters and the world’s first building to simultaneously achieve Platinum level across all three certification systems: LEED v4, WELL v2, and LOTUS NC v3.
Its location at the Cong Truong Quoc Te roundabout (Ho Con Rua) – one of District 3’s most recognizable urban landmarks – places the building at the heart of District 3, approximately 5 minutes by car from the Le Duan corridor and District 1 CBD. The surrounding area is dense with premium office buildings, hotels, and commercial amenities of the extended city center.
Daikin Tower represents an unprecedented model of comprehensive green office development – achieving not only the international building environment standard (LEED) and Vietnam’s national environmental standard (LOTUS), but simultaneously the occupant health and wellbeing standard (WELL).
